Willow opens its third location in Mere Green, serving Mediterranean cuisine in a stylish, coastal atmosphere.
Willow will be the Parogon Group’s third location. They already have two popular spots. These are in Trentham Gardens and Telford.
This place features a Mediterranean style menu. They plan to serve delicious food all day, with vibrant, coastal flavors. The atmosphere will be stylish and relaxed.
They will offer breakfast and brunch options, like a classic full English breakfast. Another option is Turkish eggs with yogurt. It also includes chorizo and sourdough bread.
The main menu has typical Mediterranean meals. Think king prawn paella, or roasted lamb with feta dressing. You might also like the feta and spinach orzo.
Want the full experience? Sharing the Mezze Grill sounds great. It features chicken with garlic sauce, lamb kofta, and potato latkes. Beetroot tzatziki finishes it.
The bar will have lots of drinks, including wine, beer, and spirits. They’ll also make custom cocktails, and mixed drinks will also be available.
The restaurant’s design is Mediterranean-inspired. Parogon Group says it feels open and stylish, resembling comfortable coastal living.
Richard Colclough, the Managing Director at Parogon Group, says they are excited about the Mere Green Willow. The concept is popular in Telford and Trentham.
He hopes to bring that success here. People love Willow’s holiday vibe, and they also enjoy tasting the Mediterranean cuisine.
This Birmingham-area location is a big achievement. They researched the location, and decided Mere Green was best for them.
