Eight individuals, including two brothers from Wiltshire, have been jailed for running a large cocaine operation in South West England.

Police investigated and jailed all eight members after a 12-week trial. The Allison brothers and Richard Cowell denied the charges, claiming messages talked about fake clothes, not cocaine.
Warren Allison led the drug operation, while Cowell drove a special car that hid drugs and cash. He transported things for the Allison brothers, but the court ultimately found them guilty of drug dealing.
From 2016 to 2020, they supplied over 70kg of cocaine, with a street value of £5.6 to £7 million. Warren brokered another deal in 2020 where the cocaine was worth £320,000 to £400,000.
Warren Allison got 23 years in prison, and Kelroy Allison received 16.5 years. Richard Cowell was jailed for nine years. Porcia Densley got eight years for being the “finance manager.”
Anthony Burke received eight years, and Ledian Hoxha got seven years and four months. Pjeter Pisha was jailed for six years and eight months. Both Hoxha and Pisha are Albanian and tried to escape the UK. Enid Aliko got four years in jail.
Police said they broke up a big cocaine operation that impacted Wiltshire and the wider southwest. Cocaine causes crime, violence, and health issues. Police hope the sentences show criminals are not above the law.
Community tips helped crack the case. Warren bought fancy cars with drug money, and these displays of wealth attracted attention. The public and police did notice.
