Cookery tutor releases book ‘The Four Seasons’ to benefit Wisbech charity Ferry Project, celebrating 25 years of combating homelessness.

The book has 40 seasonal recipes and tells Ferry Project’s story. This Wisbech charity combats homelessness, and they are celebrating 25 years.
About 100 people came for the launch event. People bought many copies of the book, and food samples from the book were provided along with festive non-alcoholic drinks.
Keith Smith, the CEO, spoke about Ferry Project’s work. Alison talked about her love of food, discussed the Cookery School, and recounted stories of writing the book.
Matt McChlery managed the project and was also the photographer. He asked people to nominate Alison for Velvet Magazine’s awards, suggesting the “Food & Drink Hero” category.

Profits aid the homeless in Fenland, as all proceeds go to Ferry Project to support local people in need.
