BFTF plans to expand to meet high demand supporting young disabled people and their families in Wokingham.

Clive Jones, Wokingham MP, hosted it. Over eighty people attended the event, including politicians, supporters, and volunteers.
Jones said the charity is fantastic and greatly impacts the local area. He stated that they help over five hundred families annually.
Jane Holmes and Jason McMahon spoke there. They talked about the charity’s past successes and shared their future vision.
Holmes said they support many families now. However, their center is now old and small, and they must turn away families, which really saddens the charity.
The charity started back in 2007. They give free support to disabled kids, and families also receive aid from the charity.
They opened Our House in 2014 as a center. The charity says space for play is still needed for kids with complex disabilities.
BFTF Plus also helps older kids. It matches school leavers with mentors, and they find buddies to do activities with. The demand is really high for that.
