A woman was walking when she noticed some guys across the street that she did not know. She asked them about someone she sought.
Then, one guy walked toward her. He grabbed her neck and pushed her down to the ground, causing her neck pain.
The guy is white and looks to be in his 30s or 40s. He’s about 5’6″ with a wide build and had short brown hair, shaved close.
He wore a beige hoodie and dark trousers. Police want witnesses to speak up and are looking for helpful videos from doorbells or dashcams.
