The City Council got nine applications recently. These came between January 22nd and 29th. Let me tell you about them.

The Pump House wants to add signs. They asked for permission for one fascia sign and want four signs on the building too. This is at Waterworks Road.

Someone wants to change something at Shrubbery Avenue involving numbers 23-31. They seek to end an agreement that limited those buildings to a care home. The address is 29-31 Shrubbery Avenue.

A homeowner at The Ridgeway wants an upgrade. They plan to replace their front porch and the address is 4 The Ridgeway.

Over at Park View Terrace, major work is planned. They want a two-story extension on the side and back, along with a front extension. They also want to make the driveway bigger and add more parking. Furthermore, the plan involves removing the brick wall and replacing it with a hedge and fence. The address is 9 Park View Terrace.

A certificate is requested for Moritz Close. This involves a single story side extension and the address is 4 Moritz Close.

The Little Sauce Factory has a new idea. They want to convert it into apartments which includes five apartments. One already exists, so they’re adding four with the location being on London Road.

Change is proposed for a Lowesmoor building. They want to change it from a hairdressers to a hot food takeaway, needing special listed building approval. The address is 43 Lowesmoor.

Another two-story side extension is planned for a property on Mortlake Avenue. The address is 20 Mortlake Avenue.

Finally, someone at Liverpool Road seeks approval and wants a ground floor extension at the back of the house. The address is 43 Liverpool Road.
