A man found with a lock knife in Worcester has been given a three-year order for disruptive conduct.

Richards had a lock knife in the city on April 26, 2024. Someone reported him for odd behavior; balancing sticks on his head and walking into the road. He also yelled insults at someone.
Police searched Richards after arresting him and located a small knife in his jacket. Previously, he was verbally abusive and intimidated people in Stourport, which led to a warning notice.
He caused problems in Worcester and Hereford. Also, he made pointless calls to the police in February 2024. His new order replaces the earlier warning and lasts until February 17, 2028.
The order says he must leave when asked from any place in England and Wales, provided an authorized person makes the request. He cannot contact West Mercia Police, except in a real emergency.
He cannot be verbally abusive, and shouting or swearing is off-limits when speaking to police staff. These rules are part of his order conditions.
