71 Tunnel Hill is listed at £115,000. Next, 17 Rydall Close has a £100,000 price. 39 Lowell Street costs £120,000. 382 Astwood Road sells for £130,000.
32 Devon Road has a £150,000 guide price. 8 Lyttleton Street is listed at £160,000. Next, 64 Woodstock Road also costs £160,000. Finally, Field House has a £400,000 price.
