Worcestershire seeks a partner for the Shrub Hill regeneration, aiming for mixed-use development, 500+ homes & job creation.

The county works with Savills to pick a partner. They expect to choose someone by autumn. Phase one will be the early focus.
This includes the land the council owns, which is Lower Yard and Upper Yard together. These form Shrub Hill Industrial Estate. The area is about 35 acres and sits by the city center. Worcester Shrub Hill Station is nearby, and they plan station upgrades and service improvements there too.
Illustrations show a potential layout that showcases the area’s character. The plans respect industrial roots and celebrate natural resources. This area could see real change and spur growth in Worcester.
