Better Together Services, supporting isolated adults in Worcestershire, celebrates its second birthday with ongoing growth.

The company now has over 25 companions. They work in Worcester and nearby areas like Malvern, Bromsgrove, Redditch, and Kidderminster.
Alexandra Doyle started the company after helping her own grandparents. Two had dementia, and one had physical issues, making it hard for him to stay social.
He didn’t need special care at home but missed seeing his friends and family regularly. The family felt care agencies weren’t the right fit, so Alexandra created Better Together.
The company values kindness and support; their team reflects this. They carefully match companions to clients, considering needs and shared interests.
They provide a private and caring service. Companions wear normal clothes to help build strong relationships with clients. Some clients have been with them since the start.
They help with shopping, community groups, and offer companionship at home. They also support younger adults who may face learning challenges or cope with mental health difficulties.
On March 12th, the company marked its second birthday. Later this year, the team will fundraise and give a special award.
