Wyberton Workshop Could Become New Holiday Let Under New Plans

Someone wants to change a workshop into a rental place. Mr. A Arundell submitted the plans for this project. It involves a building at The Firs Luxury Retreat. They call it an “exquisite holiday home.”

This place sits on West End Road in Wyberton. It already has cool stuff like a poker room, hot tub, and a seasonally open pool. There is also table football and a PlayStation.

The plan shows changes for the workshop space. It will become an open lounge with a kitchen, and a log burner is planned for the area too. They also want a bedroom and a shower room.

The application went to the Boston Borough Council. The retreat’s site describes the existing home, which has four bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master suite has its own bathroom.

The kitchen is big with a center island, perfect for cooking big meals. There is also a large living room, as well as game and poker rooms. You can relax in an eco-friendly hot tub too.

The property includes a large driveway for easy parking. This makes arrivals and departures easier.
