A Yeovil property on Raglan Terrace is shut for three months due to antisocial behavior impacting residents.

The court heard the case on February 6th. Neighbors in Raglan Terrace suffered for two years. The property’s occupants and their visitors caused this trouble.
Residents faced many issues, including violence, threats, and intimidation. Strangers visited the house at all hours. Arguments often moved into the street.
Lily Crowther-Luke, an anti-social behavior coordinator, said she’s happy they got the closure order. The ASB Team and police team worked hard, helping residents regain trust to report problems, because people feared reporting to the police before.
Neighbors changed their routines to avoid the occupants. The closure and police patrols should bring peace.
The housing provider wants to take back the property. Police warned against accessing the closed property, as doing so could lead to arrest. The authorities asked people to report any such attempts.
